Feel bored with the ordinary look of your Nokia 5230 home screen? You can have this, the cool Orange Tsunami – Tornado home screen theme. Using this theme, your home screen will have a different look, far better than the original theme from Nokia. The shortcuts that you put on the home screen will not be limited to display 4 application icons only.

Click the arrow button on the bottom to show some application shortcuts that you want to put there. Click the icon or click and drag it out to use the shortcut.  If you want to put your installed application shortcut instead, select ‘Add a shortcut’ and choose the application.

The application shortcuts that are located on the bottom menu panel, some has different size. As you can see on the screen shot, you can have 2 sizes, long and short. 2 short shortcuts will have the same size with 1 long shortcut. So don’t afraid that you will find trouble arranging the display.

To move the shortcut, delete shortcut, or change the shortcut setting, just press and hold a shortcut, and then you will see the delete and change setting buttons on it. If you want to move it, simply click and drag it to the new location. You must know that you cannot make a space between shortcuts, you can only arrange them.

Another thing that different here is the bottom menu. Usually using the Nokia default home screen theme, you can only have 2 buttons, the Dialer and Contacts button. Using Orange Tsunami – Tornado, you can have 4 buttons, Menu, Messages, Dialer and Contacts.
